What is a pre-order?
Some pieces from our first collection, Le Jardin, are available for pre-order. Made in France in limited series, each piece is shipped from the date indicated on its product page. Your payment is processed at the time of order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in metropolitan France.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can pick up your order in Paris by appointment. Contact us at hello@irisdefroment.com to arrange this.
What are the delivery times?
Your items are shipped from the date indicated on each product page. Once the package is handed over to Colissimo, please allow 2 to 4 business days.
Can I exchange for another size?
Of course. Please write to us at hello@irisdefroment.com within 14 days of receipt, specifying the desired size. We will check its availability and arrange the exchange: the cost of your first exchange will be covered by us. As our pieces are produced in limited series, if the size is no longer available, we will offer you a refund. You simply need to return the item to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its tag.
Can I return an item?
Yes, of course. You have 14 days after receipt to make a return, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its tag. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of a defective product or an error on our part.
How do I make a return?

We will provide you with the return address and guide you through the process.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your returned package, via the payment method used for your order.
